What does TenderPearl sell?
Thoughtfully curated baby & mother care essentials — swaddles, bamboo muslin, bath & skincare, feeding essentials and postpartum care kits, chosen for safety and quality.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes. Every price is in Indian Rupees (₹) and is inclusive of applicable GST. You’ll receive a GST-compliant invoice for every order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cards and UPI through Razorpay, India’s trusted payment gateway. We currently take prepaid orders only.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Payments are processed on Razorpay’s secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems — your card details never touch our servers. See our Privacy Policy.
Shipping & delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders over ₹1,499. Below that, a flat ₹49 applies, shown clearly at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically delivered in 3–6 business days across India. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to serviceable PIN codes across India. If your area isn’t serviceable, we’ll contact you and refund your order in full.
How do I track my order?
We email you the courier and tracking details once your order ships. You can also check anytime — no login needed — on our Track your order page.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Full details on our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I start a return or cancellation?
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund, or start a return from Track your order or by emailing us. We’ll share pickup or ship-back instructions with an RMA reference.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or as store credit). Your bank may take a few more days to reflect it.
