Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across India with care. Here's exactly what to expect on charges, dispatch and delivery times when you order from TenderPearl.
1. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹1,499.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to prepaid orders below ₹1,499.
- Any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
2. Dispatch & delivery time
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of a confirmed order (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days across India, depending on your location.
- Remote or hard-to-reach PIN codes may take a little longer. If we expect a delay, we’ll let you know.
3. Payment & serviceable areas
We currently accept prepaid orders only— Cards & UPI via Razorpay. We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India. If your area is not serviceable, we’ll contact you and refund your order in full.
4. Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we send you the courier and tracking details by email. You can also check your status anytime — no login needed — on our Track your order page.
5. Delivery address & attempts
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and complete, as we cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched. If a delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts by the courier, the parcel may be returned to us; we’ll then contact you to re-arrange delivery or process a refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@tenderpearl.in with a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
