tenderpearl.in (the “Site”) is owned and operated by LNM International, a business registered in India (GSTIN 27AANFL0025B1ZT), trading under the brand name TenderPearl. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LNM International.

We sell baby and mother care products — including swaddles, bamboo muslin, bath & skincare, feeding essentials and curated care kits. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible, though minor variations in colour or packaging may occur.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. The GST rate and HSN classification for each product are applied as configured by us in line with prevailing Indian tax law. A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every order. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only after your payment has been received and verified on our server. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not collect or store your card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including our 7-day return window. These policies form part of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate, current information — especially your delivery address and contact details — so we can fulfil your order.

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you will not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its data or its systems;
• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• copy, resell or exploit any content or product listing without our written permission.

All content on the Site — including the TenderPearl name, logo, text, graphics and product photography — is owned by or licensed to LNM International and is protected by law. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

We take care to describe our products accurately and to fulfil orders reliably. To the extent permitted by law, LNM International is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
