LNM International (“TenderPearl”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use tenderpearl.in, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the shop and fulfil your orders:
- Contact & identity details — your name, email address and mobile number. You can buy as a guest without creating a password; at guest checkout we verify your mobile with a one-time code (OTP), and your verified mobile is how we recognise you as a customer across visits.
- Order & delivery details — the products you buy, your delivery address and your order history, which we keep against your customer record.
- Communications — messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data — basic information your browser sends (such as device and usage data) to keep the site secure and working.
We never see or store your card details. All payments are handled directly by Razorpay on their secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems.
2. How we use your information
- to process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and issue GST invoices;
- to keep a record of your orders against your customer profile and build a simple purchase history (such as what you’ve bought, how often, and your total spend) so we can recognise returning customers, provide support, and run and improve our business;
- to send order updates (confirmation, dispatch, delivery) and handle returns or refunds;
- to respond to your questions and provide customer support;
- to detect and prevent fraud, and to keep the site secure;
- to meet our legal and tax obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share your information only with the partners needed to complete your order, and only as required:
- Razorpay — our payment processor, to take and verify payment securely.
- Courier & logistics partners — to deliver your order to your address.
- Service providers — such as our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities — where we are required to do so by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
4. Data security & retention
We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and server-side authorisation. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
5. Your rights & consent (India’s DPDP Act)
LNM International is the data fiduciary for your personal data. We process it on the basis of the consent you give at checkout (and to fulfil the order you request). You have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected or updated if it’s wrong;
- have it erased when it’s no longer needed for your orders or required by law;
- withdraw your consentat any time (including for marketing) — this won’t affect orders already placed, and some records may be kept where the law (e.g. GST/tax) requires;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
To exercise any right, email care@tenderpearl.in. We may need to verify your identity first, and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in, remember your cart and keep the site secure. We do not use them to track you across other websites.
7. Children
Our products are for babies and mothers, but the Site is intended for use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
